History of ALMA-Sponsored Symposia at the Pittsburgh Conference
Tony Montana pursued the idea of an invited symposium on the topic of laboratory management with the Pittsburgh Conference Committee. His persistence led to the first ALMA-organized symposium that was held in 1997 and was attended by close to 600 people. The success of this initial ALMA-organized event led to the subsequent symposia that are listed below:
