ALMA Membership Payment

The qualifications and benefits of individual membership are described on the membership page of our website.

The annual dues for an Individual Membership is $80.

If you applied for an Individual Membership using the online form, you may use the form below to send us your payment by either fax or postal mail. Please fill in the following form, print it, and fax or mail the completed printout to:
